Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Senior Associate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing initiatives and RFPs across multiple indirect categories.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, collaborating closely with Legal and senior stakeholders.
• Manage supplier diligence, risk assessments, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to enhance PO and payment workflows.
• Drive reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement across procurement systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Procurement experience, with the majority in sourcing roles.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
