Pet Store Associate

If you're a "pack player," join our team. Use your customer-service skills to help our furry customers & their humans find food, products and answers to their questions.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

To help give our guests the best store experience, we need you to:

• Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, "ready-to-help" attitude.
• Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs.
• Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues.
• Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program.
• Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. This includes inputting data into computer systems.
• Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process.
• Stock the bathing supply caddies.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Support each other by acting as back-up when extra help is needed.
• Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.

• You possess a strong desire to succeed. We want a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively when necessary.

• To give our guests the best store experience, perform walk-in nail trimming services.
