Job Title: General Laborer – Steel Warehouse
Shift: Mid Shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our steel warehouse team as General Laborers. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience or training—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading steel materials
• Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided on-site)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks

Requirements:

• No prior experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, and noise)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work mid-shift hours (10:00 AM start time)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
