Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning team within the Education / Teaching / Administration industry. In this role, you will provide individualized academic and behavioral instruction to students with diverse learning needs, helping them build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in school and beyond. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, you will design and implement evidence-based instructional programs that are tailored to each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals. As a Special Education Teacher with Point Quest Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering small-group and one-to-one instruction, and adapting curriculum and materials to ensure access for all learners. You will utilize positive behavior supports, data-driven decision making, and differentiated teaching strategies to address a range of academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. Your work will include regular collaboration with related service providers, behavior specialists, administrators, and general education teachers to ensure that each student’s support plan is comprehensive and cohesive. You will engage in frequent communication with families and caregivers, providing them with updates on progress, strategies for support at home, and opportunities for meaningful participation in the educational planning process. The role includes maintaining accurate documentation, collecting and analyzing student performance data, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to special education services. Point Quest Group provides tailored educational and behavioral support services, and this position is central to our mission of fostering growth and independence for every learner. Our culture is supportive and inclusive, emphasizing collaboration, professional growth, and innovative practice. You will be encouraged to contribute your ideas, explore new strategies, and participate in ongoing professional development. Working at Point Quest Group offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families. You will join a committed team that values diversity, respects each individual’s unique journey, and invests in both personal and professional development. This role is ideal for a teacher who is student-centered, reflective, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment that blends on-site instruction with collaborative planning and support.
