Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Wilton Manors, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing daily social media activities across platforms, creating and scheduling content, engaging with the online community, and monitoring analytics to optimize engagement. The role also involves collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to align content strategies with the magazine's goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Proficiency in developing Content Strategy and executing it effectively Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to evaluate engaging and impactful content Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring social media performance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with graphic design tools and basic photo/video editing is a plus Previous experience in media, publishing, or LGTBQA-focused organizations is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
