• Ensuring effective and timely execution of the commercial calendar.
• Supporting the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly trade marketing plans for the Snacks, Dairy, and Juice categories.
• Participating in the development of trade marketing activities.
• Executing trade activities effectively, including the production of in‑store materials and presenting initiatives to the sales team.
• Collaborating closely with partner agencies to develop effective trade marketing tools.
• Developing agreed planogram principles to ensure consistent in‑store standards.
• Supporting the development and implementation of commercial plans for launching and growing new products.
• Planning, executing, and monitoring specialized activities across different trade channels.
• Conducting regular field visits to evaluate execution quality and monitor competitor activities.

• Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
• 2+ years of work experience in a similar field
• Fluency in Georgian; English at B2+ level
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Practical experience in analytics and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in category planning will be considered an advantage
