Senior Consultant Summary Blackburn seeks a Senior Consultant to complete moderate to complex engineering geology and forensics projects. This person will work under the CEO and senior firm leadership. This candidate should have 15+ years of experience performing engineering geology services on water, flood control, and transportation related projects. This position requires some travel to project related sites, project management, cost negotiation, client and public relations, and internal staff management on a project basis.
