Job descriptions:
You'll be working with Richard Martinez, entrepreneur, speaker, and business coach who builds programs around real results. You'll also be expected to identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines, ensuring clients are fully supported in their business and personal growth journey.

What you'll be doing:
Talk to new leads (inbound + outbound)
Sell coaching programs, workshops, and live events
Help clients choose the right programs for their goals
Spot opportunities to add value through additional services
Keep notes updated in the CRM
Occasionally attend weekend events or business expos
Work closely with marketing and leadership
