Position Overview & Premium Schedule

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver (Class A or B) to join our local route operations. Enjoy a predictable, early-morning routine that clears up your entire afternoon.

• Status: Full-Time, Permanent
• Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 3:30 AM to approximately 10:30 AM
• The 40-Hour Guarantee: Get paid for a full 40 hours every single week—even if your routes take less time to complete!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial sanitation vehicles on designated local residential and commercial routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and reliable service to community members along your route.
• Maintain strict safety protocols on the road and during disposal procedures.

Position Requirements

• Licensure: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or Class A.
• Endorsement: Air Brake Endorsement is mandatory.
• Attributes: Must be dependable, energetic, courteous, safety-oriented, and a dedicated team player.

• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus: Earn an extra $2,000 after 6 months, and an additional $2,000 at your 1-year anniversary!

• Annual Safety Bonus: End-of-year safety bonus paid to all employees in good standing (The average employee safety bonus payout in 2025 was $3,000).
