Retail Specialist job at Épicerie Boulud - World Trade Center. New York, NY. Épicerie Boulud is hiring a full‑time Cashier/Barista/Retail Specialist . Must have weekend availability as well as be able to work the Friday closing shift. Épicerie Boulud is Chef Daniel’s eat‑in/take‑out casual market that offers fresh baked breads and a selection of artisanal cheeses alongside handmade soups, salads, sandwiches, cookies, pastries, and more. The market serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner items as well as beer and wine. The Retail Specialist will, at different times, be responsible for working the cashier, preparing coffee & tea orders, taking orders and preparing sandwiches and other hot food orders, all while ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and has prior retail, barista, or food service experience.
