What Youll Do

• Help respond to water and mold damage jobs
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
• Take photos and document work (well show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

What Were Looking For

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Valid drivers license
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Pay: $19$23/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: Full-time with occasional on-call rotation
