What You’ll Do

As a Small Business Sales Consultant , you’ll own your territory and help business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build. You’ll deliver customized solutions, build long‐term relationships, and drive real impact every day.

Build Trust & Close with Confidence

  • Meet face‐to‐face with small business owners, decision‐makers, and operators to understand their security needs and goals.
  • Present tailored security, automation, and life‐safety solutions that fit how their business runs — not a one‐size‐fits‐all pitch.

Design Smart, Customized Solutions

  • Evaluate business layouts, operations, and risk factors.
  • Design systems that combine intrusion protection, video, access control, automation, and life‐safety technology.

Own the Full Customer Experience

  • Partner closely with installation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Conduct post‐installation follow‐ups to confirm expectations were met, strengthen relationships, and generate referrals.

Grow Your Business

  • Prospect and generate new leads within your territory.
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals that create real value for customers and income for you.

What You Need to Succeed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
  • Additional licensing may be required based on location
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required — we provide industry‐leading training
