About the Role:

The Research Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives within the health care and social assistance sector. This position involves conducting comprehensive data collection and analysis to inform evidence-based practices and improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement research protocols, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques, including experience with SPSS.
• Experienced with SPSS and REDCap.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of research studies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software such as SPSS.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders and contribute to academic publications.

The candidate must be proficient in English and Spanish. This is a grant-funded position. It's a part-time position.
