Description
We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Coordinator based in Mexico to join our global Recruiting Operations team. This isn't just a high-volume scheduling role; we are looking for a process-oriented professional who can act as a partner to our recruiters and business leaders. You will manage the logistics of the interview life cycle while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate will be a "proactive architect" of the coordination process, comfortable navigating a hyper-growth environment and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Process & Ops Support: Drive efficiency by focusing on automations and improving existing workflows; this is a process-heavy role rather than purely transactional.

• Recruitment Partnership: Support 5-7 recruiters and interface with ~10 business partners, providing clear updates and logistical management.
• ATS & Tool Management: Utilize Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and Guide (AI Interviewing School) to maintain candidate status and compile interview packets.
• Lifecycle Administration: Assist with job postings, candidate tracking within the ATS, and coordinating with payroll for the employee referral system.
Cultural Alignment: Champion and embed core cultural principles (Customer Success, Growth Mindset, etc.) as we scale globally.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
