We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support Channel Blend, a DNI company, by leading high-volume hiring for fully remote Customer Service Representatives across the country. What You'll Do Own recruiting for a high-volume remote hiring program supporting Channel Blend Review applications, screen candidates, and quickly identify strong fits for Customer Service Representative roles Manage candidates through the recruiting process from first contact through offer stage Schedule and coordinate interviews while creating a positive, engaging candidate experience Keep candidates warm, informed, and excited throughout the process Partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities Communicate job expectations clearly, including schedule availability, work-from-home requirements, and next steps Help maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to support hiring goals and business demand Track candidate activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system Support offer coordination and handoff to onboarding teams with accuracy and urgency Share process feedback and recruiting insights to help improve hiring speed and efficiency Why This Role Stands Out This role is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruiting. Requirements Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call center operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment is preferred, but not required.
