Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Production Supervisor role based in Waupaca, WI. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure the team meets quality standards and deadlines. Key responsibilities include production planning, supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and communicating with both staff and management to ensure smooth operations. The role requires someone who can lead teams effectively while maintaining efficiency and productivity on the shop floor. Qualifications Proficiency in supervisory skills, including managing teams, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment Experience in production schedules and production planning to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Strong communication and team collaboration skills to ensure clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization Knowledge of production management processes to optimize manufacturing operations and quality assurance Proven ability to implement and maintain safety standards in a production environment Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills Prior experience in a supervisory or production role within a manufacturing environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or managerial training is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
