About Us:
BOTTAIA Winery blends wine country charm with resort-style relaxation. Our semi-Olympic pool, private cabines, splash pad, and lively Pool Bar & Café create an exclusive oasis where guests sip, swim, and soak up the sun. As a Server, you’ll deliver delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an incredible guest experience—all while working 100% outdoors.

Summary:
As a Poolside Server, you’ll be at the center of the action—greeting guests, recommending food and drinks, and ensuring smooth, friendly service. If you love engaging with people in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the job for you!

Compensation: $16.90 hourly + Tips

Schedule: Seasonal (May–October), weekends and holidays required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and set the tone for a fun, relaxing experience.
• Know the menu inside and out to make recommendations.
• Take and deliver orders quickly and accurately.
• Engage guests with a friendly, VIP-level experience.
• Process payments efficiently.
• Promote wine and merchandise sales.
• Keep the poolside café clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Work with the team to maintain seamless service.
• Ensure guest and associate safety at all times.
• Sell wine club memberships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to use TOCK Reservation and TOAST POS systems.
• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or sales preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working 100% outdoors.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work the entirety of the season (May-October).
• Must have or obtain a Riverside County Food Handler’s Card and ABC Responsible Beverage Service certification.

• Understand and embody the BOTTAIA values and service standards.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and associates.
• Represent the Pool Bar & Café with professionalism, enthusiasm, and top-notch hospitality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your Manager.
