CertaPro Painters of Eastern Iowa (Cedar Rapids / Iowa City Area) Earn $50,000+ per Month (Per Crew)

We are actively hiring experienced residential exterior painting subcontractor crews for high-volume work across Eastern Iowa. If you have a solid crew and want consistent work, fast pay, and strong support, we have more jobs than we can handle.

Project Types

• Residential exterior repaints
• Wood, siding, trim, and full exterior systems
• Neighborhood-based production (efficient routing)

Requirements

• Established painting crew (26+ painters minimum)
• Experience in residential exterior painting
• Must have: EIN, General Liability Insurance ($1M$2M)
• Reliable transportation and equipment: Ladders, Sprayers, Basic tools

Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality

Expectations

• Follow scope and production schedules
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work
• Communicate with Project Manager and team
• Hit production timelines
