Job Description
We are a full-service marketing agency with a great position waiting for you if you have 8 + years of in-depth bank marketing experience and can demonstrate:
- Extensive marketing expertise, both strategic and executional
- Ability to comfortably take over as primary agency contact and “get things done” person for a multi-billion dollar community bank client, with agency creative and admin support
This is a hybrid position, mostly remote, with periodic internal meetings at our St. Louis County office, monthly marketing status meetings at the bank, and visits to client bank branch locations.
The ideal candidate will also bring:
- Proven ability to keep many trains running on track and on time; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with bank marketing strategies, planning and budgeting, products and services, processes, terminology, etc. is preferable, but not mandatory
- A natural at relationship building and communications with team members, clients and service providers
- Client-comes-first attitude
- Proficient with MS 365 suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
