Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Sales Representative. Based in Eagle Mountain, UT, the Sales Representative will identify and connect with potential clients, build and maintain customer relationships, and present tailored solutions for CNC machining and EDM services. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and handling customer feedback to further improve services.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
• Technical knowledge and experience in CNC machining, EDM, or related fields
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills for proposals and reports
• Prior experience in the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or medical industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
