We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual for our Used Car Manager at our GMC dealership in Wichita Falls. The Used Car Sales Manager focuses on tracking the performance of the sales team and monitoring the dealership's inventory, as well as maintaining the Grubbs' Dealership standards with every deal. These individuals will be self-motivated, efficient, and collaborative.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular sales meetings and motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership targets and maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Set sales targets and performance goals for the team and track progress against these objectives.
Monitor and manage the dealership’s inventory to align with market demand and sales targets.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a diverse and appealing inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and adjust stock levels as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Must be able to pass a background check and clear a drug screening prior to employment
English (fluent)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, customer service, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
