Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to: Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use. Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system, and monitor and adjust computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.
