Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.
  • Support data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
