Janitorial Associate - Simply Biotech

OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for a Janitorial Associate in Torrance, CA who possess:

• 1+ year of facilities cleaning experience
• Reliable work ethic

FULL DESCRIPTION : Primarily responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment throughout the manufacturing facility, including office area, cafeteria, meeting rooms, bathrooms, warehouses, building exteriors, parking lots, and manufacturing/packaging areas while adhering to all required current Good Manufacturing Practices. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform sanitation duties per schedule.
• Communicate any discrepancy in carrying out the sanitation tasks to Sanitation Management immediately.
• Maintain the facility and parking areas in a clean and orderly condition at all times, including storage containers per company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage and replenish appropriate personal protective equipment and restroom amenities.
• Manage and install contamination prevention devices at designated locations.
• Log pertinent cleaning information in the log sheets where applicable per good documentation practices.
• Assist other departments when requested.
• All other duties assigned.

The selected candidate will also possess:

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferable.

Salary Range: $18.00/hour
