We are expanding operations throughout the Houston area as well as other US territories and are looking for experienced Inside Sales Professionals to join our team! Fun & rewarding work atmosphere ensuring a great work-life balance!
In this position you will be responsible for:
*Utilizing company-provided leads to develop relationships over the phone and via email with real estate agents throughout the entire country.
* Building solid relationships with existing and new business partners to create an on-going pipeline of residential sales leads
*Calling potential customers from leads to discuss which home security system package will best meet their needs and completing the sales process.
* Meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals
* Regularly following-up with business partners to ensure maximum lead generation
* Efficiently completing sales protocols to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
*Lead generation & closing sales over the phone in a call center setting
Rewards:
Average: $75,000-$90,000/yr>($500/wk guarantee; Per Sale Commissions: $300-$700; Monthly Bonuses $500-$2250)
*No caps on commissions

Our current Inside Sales Account Managers previously worked in such industries as: Retail Sales, Sales Account Management, Vacation/Time Share Sales, Car Sales, Insurance Sales, Servers, RV Sales, Apartment Leasing, Business-to-Business Sales, Waiter/Waitress, Marketing, Telemarketing Sales, BDC Agents, Inside Sales, Bartending, Real Estate, Call Center Sales, Solar Sales, Lead Generators, Residential Security Sales, Business Development, Customer Service & other related industries.
Qualifications:
***Ability to work: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:30p***
*Energetic, Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a strong desire for success!
*1-2 years sales experience
*English/Spanish Bilingual> A plus but not required.
*Strong negotiation skills
