Frank's Heating Service of Tewksbury, MA is looking to hire an entry-level full-time HVAC Warehouse Associate to help us keep track of inventory and fill orders. Are you an organized person with a can-do attitude? Would you like to learn more about the HVAC trade ? If so, we want to meet you!
This position offers weekly pay with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$25 an hour , based on experience. You would also be eligible for generous benefits including paid holidays, paid vacation, sick pay, health insurance, simple IRA, continuing education, tuition reimbursement, tool allowance, Aflac supplemental insurance, and uniforms. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you are part of the backbone that our field technicians depend on to keep their jobs flowing smoothly. You take pride in keeping the warehouse clean and organized. When it comes to tracking inventory, you are meticulous. You help fill orders and ensure that stock is ready for reorders. As products from vendors arrive, you are ready to receive them. Whether it be equipment, parts, or supplies, you know what, where, when, and how!
You like that you get to keep busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day. Our field technicians appreciate that they can depend on you to ensure that they have what they need when they need it. You love the satisfaction that you get out of keeping everything in order and enjoy learning about the HVAC trade!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Some HVAC knowledge would be helpful, but we can train the right person ! Are you a team player with good communication skills? Are you detail-oriented and self-motivated? Do you have great multitasking and time management skills? Can you stop in the middle of a task and pick up where you left off after an interruption? Could you easily adapt to change?
