This is a Commission-Driven Sales Role for someone who loves building relationships and designing technical solutions. You will perform heat gain/loss calculations and design systems that provide ultimate comfort for our clients. Your Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound opportunities and turn relationships into sales.
Technical Design: Perform load calculations to ensure system compatibility and customer comfort.
Consultative Selling: Present financing options and air quality improvements to create "customers for life."
Job Requirements:
Experience: HVAC experience is highly recommended. You must understand the mechanics of the trade to design systems accurately.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to build rapport and close residential service or equipment sales.
License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
Reliability: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
Communication: Elite interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
