Ingles Markets is looking for an Order Selector in the Frozen Department for its Distribution Center located in Black Mountain, NC. As an Order Selector, you will: Select and fill grocery orders from stores. Ensure all items are properly and securely stacked on pallets. Drop off completed pallets on the loading docks for shipment. We work together to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment with equal opportunities for every associate. Employment Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older. Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Physical Requirements: Frozen department temperature ranges from -20-0 degrees. Extensive standing. Constant lifting of cases to be placed on pallets with some heavier cases weighing up to 75lbs. Experience Will train the right candidate. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
