In order to support their growth plans in the United States we are currently looking for reinforcement for our Service Team in. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
THE JOB
You’re responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining the equipment at customer facilities according to the specifications. You will solve electrical, mechanical, software and sorter programming problems both at the customer site, remotely by phone and by remote access to the equipment.
- After installing the sorting machine you give technical training and education to your client on how to set-up the machine, use it and fix first line failures. You also give advice on how to maintain the machine.
- Share your field experiences regarding bottlenecks and how to fix them with your service and engineering colleagues
- Responsible for the administrative processing of the work performed and you write work instructions if necessary
- Keep accurate reporting to the service coordinator
