*This position entails at least 60% to 80% of travel throughout the U.S. and its territories, Canada, Mexico, South and Central America

Job Summary:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (PLCs, HMIs, motor controls) and perform equipment troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and start up machines at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide customer support and training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including diagnostics and calibration.
• Maintain close customer relationships, support spare parts identification, and recommend upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support the training of new service technicians.

Profile:

• Solid expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming, and fault diagnosis, combined with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solution-oriented professional with a customer-first approach, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Background in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Skilled in working with electrical and mechanical systems, comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, and able to communicate effectively across teams.
