We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in ensuring equipment performs safely, efficiently, and exactly to spec. The team delivers world‑class filtration and separation solutions to clients across the globe. We maintain a strong reputation for engineering excellence through high‑quality repairs, custom builds, and comprehensive process support.
What You’ll Do
• Lead on-site start-up, commissioning, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct detailed equipment checks and verify system readiness for customer operations
• Analyze performance data to ensure peak equipment efficiency
• Deliver hands-on and classroom training to customer teams with clear lesson plans
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in the field
• Provide detailed field markups to support engineering “as-built” revisions
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and project activities to meet timelines
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot challenges, and uphold high-quality standards
• Create clear technical reports and punch lists for project closeouts
What We’re Looking For
• Engineering or technical background (degree preferred; equivalent experience considered)
• 5+ years of field service experience working with mechanical, electrical, and high‑speed rotating equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Experience with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation
• Familiarity with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage projects, build customer rapport, and problem-solve in real time
• Willingness to travel extensively—up to 75% , including long‑term domestic and international assignments
