Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.

Lead a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.

Identify opportunities for community engagement and partnerships to enhance brand presence.

Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and community feedback to inform strategies.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in community engagement and partnership development is a plus.
