Direct Support Associate (weekends) Join Mosaic’s team as a Direct Support Associate. As a DSP, you will provide support and guidance to people served, helping them learn and develop daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible. What you will do Assist with the development of important daily living skills and life activities by creating an environment where people can learn, grow and discover. Help people identify and achieve the goals most important to them in order to live their best life possible. Monitor the comfort and safety of the people we serve while ensuring medical, nutritional and personal care needs are met. Demonstrate emotional support while assisting with general housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry duties. Why you’ll love this job Passion for helping others. Daily pay available for convenient and flexible payment. Requirements Desire to make a positive difference; no experience needed. Training will be provided. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable. High school diploma or equivalent. Work requires frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, squatting and balancing. Work requires reaching between knee and shoulder level, with frequent reaching below knee level and overhead.
