Ignite Hope is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to individuals and families in under-resourced communities. Our work centers healing, dignity, and empowerment for those impacted by trauma, violence, and systemic inequities.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Trauma Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adults, and families navigating trauma-related challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver care using modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, or other trauma-informed approaches
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, wraparound care
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trauma best practices

• Skilled in trauma-informed, client-centered clinical care
• Able to build strong rapport with diverse populations
• Organized, ethical, and confident in your documentation practices
• Committed to equity, compassion, and professional growth

Licensure Requirements

You MUST currently hold one of the following to apply:

✔ Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
✔ Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
✔ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
✔ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

(Independent and provisionally licensed clinicians are both welcome to apply.)
