About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join their team. The CRO will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of the internal audit, compliance, and risk management activities in line with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance. This role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, significant work towards a master's degree in business administration or equivalent, and at least 12 years of experience in enterprise risk management, ISO, and audit functions. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and managerial skills. Key responsibilities for the CRO include developing and leading efforts to manage and monitor enterprise-wide risk exposure, integrating risk management into strategic planning, and ensuring the effectiveness of governance, risk, compliance, and control frameworks. The role also involves directing the development of risk management and loss prevention programs, overseeing IT risk, and managing the internal controls, compliance, and internal audit functions. The CRO will be a key member of the Loan Committee, oversee vendor management programs, and be responsible for corporate insurance matters. Additionally, the role requires maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensuring that the company and its staff comply with all relevant standards.
