Assistant Manager Work on the Water at Avenue Pub Orange Beach

Looking for a leadership role that doesnt feel like the same four walls every day? Avenue Pub Orange Beach is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run the show at our fast-paced, on-the-water beach bar. Its high energy, team-driven, and no two days look the same especially when the crowd rolls in and the sunsets hit.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations
• Support, coach, and lead team members during service
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day staff needs
• Help maintain service standards, cleanliness, and workflow
• Address guest needs and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly

What were looking for:

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to stay composed and lead in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and busy seasonal shifts
