Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives. Lift up to 49 lb and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Stand/walk for up to 12 hr during shifts. Work in environments with variable noise and temperature, including outside loading areas. Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Valid and active USA state driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 – $90,900.00 USD annually. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) and is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
