Revelyst is seeking an Amazon Sales Analyst and Demand Planner to join our Adventure Sports platform. This is a critical role where your expertise in forecasting accuracy and sales analytics will directly impact the availability of products on Amazon. You will be responsible for ensuring the right inventory levels at the right time, minimizing out-of-stock items, maintaining a high fill rate on orders, and informing the broader team/organization on sales trends and performance via daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. Simply put, you will be the team's expert on sales performance, translating it into action and building demand plans the support the insight.
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the strategic priorities of our Amazon team, with a strong focus on consumer needs, prioritizing power brands, and internal investment. By aligning your efforts with these priorities, you'll help strengthen the Amazon business by enhancing consumer engagement and brand power. Your primary responsibility will be forecasting demand, managing inventory forecasts, and using your analytical skills to ensure that we send the appropriate signals to the right teams regarding product needs.
Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions in Sales and Marketing, ensuring that our approach to inventory, demand planning, and sales is rooted in meaningful data and consumer-centric strategies.
