Location The Strategic Partner Growth Manager (Brazil) is a remote, work‑from‑home position. Candidates must reside in the U.S. or Mexico, hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally, speak fluent Portuguese, and may also be fluent in Spanish. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, and conferences. The Role Acceleration Partners is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager with business development/account management experience to support the growth of the new Strategic Partner Growth department and focus on Brazil/LATAM affiliates. The candidate will join client calls to pitch high‑value opportunities, provide strategic insights, track progress toward goals, and proactively manage the top 10 partners for their respective clients. A “how‑not‑if” mentality, action‑oriented approach, and effective questioning are critical. Top 5 Job Responsibilities Publisher Performance: Contribute to client growth through creation of high‑potential relationships and publisher optimization. Performance and Placement Trackers: Follow client‑approved processes for paid placements and partner optimizations. Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Serve as a trusted resource across partners and client verticals; lead conversations to share insights and add value. Business Development and Publisher Relationships Proactive Research: Identify and recruit high‑quality partners with strong revenue potential based on client needs; use tools such as APVision and SimilarWeb. Written and Verbal Communication: Communicate clearly and engagingly, ask relevant questions during publisher interactions to vet opportunities, and manage day‑to‑day communication with top publishers regarding paid placements and optimization. Initiative: Proactively identify and execute opportunities and optimizations across the program to drive revenue growth. Top Partner Management Relationship Management: Optimize opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client and act as a true extension of the client's business. Budget Management: Identify and act on opportunities that drive client growth while maintaining a healthy ROI. Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional calendar and time management skills. Strategy and Execution Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals: Participate in engagement kickoff calls and ongoing calls, ask appropriate questions, and understand client goals and KPIs. Creation and Ongoing Ownership of Partner Strategy: Create a plan for recruitment and/or paid placement initiatives, including timelines, implementation, negotiation, campaign set‑up, and communication with partners. Strategy Pivots: Adapt to change, pivot strategies to reach client goals, set expectations and new goals if not achievable, and communicate confidently and professionally. Pitching Opportunities Client Education and Alignment: Ensure clients have all necessary information to make informed decisions and clearly articulate the value of each opportunity. Persuasiveness: Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, challenge the status quo, pitch innovative opportunities, and ground proposals in data and client metrics. Publisher Vertical and Client Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of publisher verticals, address client questions, and identify opportunities. Tenacity: Dig into the reasons behind rejections, push back appropriately, and propose alternatives. Qualities of the Ideal Candidate Strong aptitude for identifying digital strategies based on publisher business models in Brazil and wider LATAM. Network of affiliate marketing relationships in LATAM. Ability to quickly develop new relationships that can recruit brand‑to‑brand and unique partners. Self‑starter with strong internal motivation to hit targets. Experience with enterprise brands and deep understanding of their business and media challenges. Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing. Demonstrated history of managing partnerships that required moving complex decisions through organizations. Track record of commercial sales, success, and winning the support of senior stakeholders. Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills to command audiences of senior stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive performance. Proactive and collaborative attitude. Growth mindset and passion to drive client’s business forward. Collaborates effectively with team members in a remote environment across time zones. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of digital Brazilian market; Portuguese language fluency preferred, Spanish considered. 4+ years of business development or relevant experience (account management, contract negotiations, marketing). Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals. Experience in performance marketing, especially affiliate marketing (preferred). Interest in AI tools and hands‑on experience integrating AI into work. Effective communication and negotiation skills with ability to push back without damaging relationships. Record of success in a goal‑oriented, highly accountable, fast‑paced environment. Comfortable leading client‑facing presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, natural communicator and influencer. Work‑from‑home and corporate office experience is a plus.
