The EAP Sales Executive is accountable for driving new business growth within a defined geographic and segment-based territory. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, shaping, and closing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) opportunities to deliver predictable, profitable revenue. This leader serves as the territory's subject matter expert—building strong consultant and broker relationships, leading complex RFP pursuits end-to-end, and representing the full value of Resources for Living (RFL) with precision in competitive market situations.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $75,500.00 - $174,134.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
