Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Floresville, TX

Duration: 2026-2027 Service Year

Schedule:

4-day on-site workweek with one remote work-from-home day

Pay: $55/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 service year in Floresville, Texas. The SLP is responsible for performing student evaluations and providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with each individual plan of care and applicable physician orders. Responsibilities include collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams while supporting communication needs within daily learning environments.

This position offers a 4-day on-site work schedule with one remote work-from-home day , supporting flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services

  • Develop, implement, and document plans of care

  • Track and document progress using the designated charting system

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain compliance with all professional, federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment (Texas)

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by contract

  • Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR (if applicable)

  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

  • Current health certificate (per contract or state requirements)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
