Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Document Specialist in the Arlington, TX 76001 area.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to support our Quality Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and computer skills who thrives in a structured, accuracy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Quality Department with preparation and maintenance of data books
Organize, review, and manage quality documentation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Perform basic data entry and calculations as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
